bopp is a small, side project for keeping track of events with friends. it is provided to you free of charge. by using it, you agree to these terms.
you must be at least 13 to use bopp. pick a username that doesn't impersonate anyone else. keep your Google sign-in secure — anyone who can log into your Google account can log into your bopp account.
please don't:
the events, descriptions, locations, and other things you post stay yours. by posting them, you grant us permission to display them inside bopp to the audience you've chosen, and to keep backups so the site can recover from outages.
we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we think put other users at risk. we'll try to explain why when we do.
bopp is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. we don't promise it will be available, accurate, or free of bugs. don't use bopp as the only record of something you can't afford to lose.
to the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of bopp. our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us, which is zero.
we may update these terms occasionally. if we make a material change, we will update the "last updated" date and call it out on the login page. continued use after that is acceptance of the updated terms.
you can delete your account at any time by emailing us. we can suspend or close accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
